Here's What We Offer:

  • Base Salary: £28,000 to £35,000 depending on experience.
  • Performance Bonus Potential:
    • Monthly Performance Bonus: Paid quarterly upon achieving individual monthly targets.
    • Annual Performance Bonus: 12% of your annual salary, paid annually upon achieving individual targets over 12 months.
  • Annual Leave: 30 days annual leave, rising to 35 with tenure. Plus, bonus days off when company-wide targets are achieved.

Experience & Qualifications

  • 3+ years’ proven track record in account management, business development, sales, or customer service.
  • Construction industry exposure is advantageous, though not required.
  • Familiarity with CRM platforms (e.g. HubSpot) desirable but not mandatory.
  • High computer literacy, including excellent knowledge in Microsoft Office.
  • Full UK driving licence and access to own vehicle, essential.

While this role is primarily office-based, there may be occasional travel to exhibitions and client sites across the UK.

Due to the secure nature of some projects, there is limited opportunity for remote working.
