We have been successful in securing a full Technical Authoring appointment with City Building (Glasgow). The tender was completed through the Public Contract Scotland portal for the £21m Clyde Campus in Yoker, Glasgow.

City Building are constructing a new-build three storey primary school, which will contain 28 new classrooms, circulation spaces, dance and fitness suites, a nursery, and a purpose built gym with stage area. Once complete, the existing school will be demolished and make way for a new sports pitch and playgrounds.

Riddell PM previously worked with City Building on the Glasgow National Hockey Centre which was constructed for the Glasgow 2014 Commonwealth Games.

For the Clyde Campus project, Riddell PM are undertaking the full production of the below suite of Operation and Maintenance Manuals, including taking a proactive role in collating the O&M data from the subcontractors and consultants.
