Riddell PM, a well-established name in the UK construction industry, is undergoing transition to its next chapter as company directors Dave and Doreen Riddell step down from their active roles. After an illustrious career spanning more than five decades, Company Founder Dave has decided to hang up his hard hat and pass on the leadership of the business to his capable sons, Gavin, and Michael Riddell. In the short term to assist a smooth transition Dave will take on the role of Chairman
After graduating with a degree in Civil Engineering Dave enjoyed a varied construction career rising to Board level during an 11-year period with Morrison Construction and in 1989 he founded Riddell PM. Over the last 35 years he has been instrumental in establishing the company's reputation for excellence within the industry. To date Riddell PM has successfully completed more than 5,000 projects, encompassing services such as Project Management, Construction Management Principal Designer, Building O&M Manuals, Fire Safety Manuals, Building Log Books, and our ever-popular product Pyramid Digital Building Manual.
Under Dave Riddell's leadership, Riddell PM has become a trusted partner within the construction industry providing its products and services with a strong emphasis on Quality, Reliability and Customer satisfaction. His dedication and unwavering commitment to the company's success has played a pivotal role in shaping the organization.

Gavin and Michael will join with existing Director, Mark Grant, on the company board to build upon the company's continuing success and steer it through the next phase of growth. This seamless transition of leadership ensures that Riddell PM will continue to uphold its reputation for excellence and innovation in the construction industry.
Dave Riddell's retirement marks the end of an era, but it also signals the beginning of an exciting new chapter for Riddell PM.
