It has only been a few months since Riddell PM was appointed by Kier Construction to undertake the management, co-ordination and technical authoring of all handover documentation on their Beaulieu Square project in Chelmsford.
This £14m new community hub in Chelmsford includes the construction of Neighbourhood Centre, Supermarket with commercial shopping outlets, Day Nursery and 34 homes.
Our visit to the construction site allowed Stan Smith, our Technical Author, to photograph the buildings and gain a good understand of the building systems, to be included within each of the four BREEAM Building User Guide’s. The attached photographs demonstrate that the Kier site team are doing an excellent job and are in the final stages of construction, so it won’t be long before the area welcomes their first new residents.
