Riddell was proud to support the redevelopment of Northcote Library, a modern community hub in the heart of London’s bustling Wandsworth area. Collaborating with the main contractor, McLaughlin & Harvey, we delivered comprehensive documentation tailored to ensure the efficient operation, maintenance, and use of the building.
The project encompassed the demolition of the existing Chatham Hall, the refuse store, drying area, and the existing library. In their place, two distinct buildings were constructed: one housing a modern library, community centre, nursery, and residential spaces, and the other featuring retail units and additional residential accommodation.
