Riddell PM is delighted to have been involved in two prominent educational developments in Fife - St Columba’s RC High School and Woodmill High School, which together (along with Fife College's new building), for the Dunfermline Learning Campus.
Both schools are contained in what is known as a Super Campus, accommodating 2,700 pupils and over 250 staff. The school is also recognised as the UK's largest Passivhaus education project.
Working with Principal Contractor, BAM Construction, and End Client, Fife Council, we produced comprehensive digital O&M Manuals that adhere to the Scottish Futures Trust’s SIMP standards and reflect the principles of the Learning Estate Investment Programme (LEIP).
Our documentation ensures that critical operational and maintenance information remains centralised, accessible, and easy to keep up to date. By leveraging our Pyramid Digital Building Manual, these schools now have a robust platform through which essential data—covering drawings, specifications, warranties, and building services—can be accessed and managed efficiently by facilities teams.
