Continuing our dedication to delivering top-notch O&M Manual services throughout Scotland, Riddell PM was thrilled to partner with Morrison Construction on the Beatlie Additional Support Needs (ASN) School project in Livingston for West Lothian Council.
The Beatlie ASN School is a £12 million, purpose-built educational facility tailored for pupils with severe and complex support needs. Situated in Livingston, the school provides a compassionate and stimulating environment featuring modern classrooms, therapeutic spaces, sensory gardens, and specialized facilities. The design prioritizes individual learning and wellbeing, fostering an inclusive atmosphere that supports both students and the wider community.
By adhering to our ISO 9001 O&M Manual procedures, Riddell PM effectively coordinated with all subcontractors, package contractors, and consultants to gather the essential data required for the meticulous planning, production, and delivery of the following documentation:
Funding for Beatlie was provided by the Learning Estate Investment Program (LEIP), which is a joint programme between the Scottish Government and the Convention of Scottish Local Authorities (COLA). LEIP Funded projects prioritises established best practices by inviting expert input in setting parameters and having measurable outcomes. Riddell PM were delighted to contribute to these best practices in a meaningful way, with utilising our Pyramid Digital Building Manual product, with Uniclass Codes incorporation.
