For this new-build dental hospital, research and teaching centre – the first of its kind in the UK for almost 40 years – Riddell PM provided the end of Project technical documents for the main M&E Contractor, Interserve Engineering Services.

The hospital’s heating and cooling are sophisticated, involving the adaptive comfort modelling and solar thermal collection. Its ventilation uses mixed mode operations. The building’s systems allowed us to apply our expertise in technical writing and document management for complex, innovative sites holding advanced technology.
