West Lothian Council and NHS Lothian, through their development partner, Hub South East Scotland, appointed Graham Construction to construct three Lothian Partnership Centre’s, namely Blackburn, Allermuir and North West Edinburgh. These facilities will bring together health, council and community services.

Riddell PM is proud to have helped Graham Construction provide high-quality Operation & Maintenance documentation to meet the Client requirements.

Our technical writing and document management included these services, for each of the Partnership Centre's:

Graham Construction also elected to instruct us to deliver the final Building O&M Manuals in our Pyramid Digital Building Manual format. Our service included linking the Building Services Manuals for inclusion onto Pyramid.
