Another successful on-time delivery for our valued Client Morgan Sindall Construction & Infrastructure, who were contracted by their Client Muse Developments.
The Marischal Square Development provides 16,119 square metres of BREEAM Excellent Grade A office accommodation in two multi storey blocks. The site also has 2,600 square metres of ground floor space for restaurants, cafes and shops, as well as landscaped areas between the new hotel and offices. The Aberdeen site faces the spectacular Marischal College and incorporates the historic Provost Skene’s House.
