Sheraton Grand Hotel and Spa, Edinburgh

Another successful on-time delivery for our valued Client Thomas Johnstone, who were contracted by their Client, Hotel Corporation of Edinburgh

This multimillion pound project at the Sheraton Grand Hotel and Spa in Edinburgh comprised the full refurbishment of all public areas of the Hotel incorporating new Reception Area, Lift Corridor, Staircases, Restaurant, Bars, Pre function Area and Ballroom.

The works included the full fit-out of new offices and structural alterations, floor, wall and ceiling finishes to allow the installation of a fully fitted kitchen direct by the Hotel

For this project, Riddell PM managed the production of the Building Fabric Manual including all co-ordination with over 25 Sub-Contractors and all Design Team Consultants.
