Our Client, ISG Construction, were appointed as Principal Contractors to construct a new build office building which will serve as the new headquarters building for Leeds based healthcare software developer, The Phoenix Partnership (TPP).
Achieving a BREEAM Very Good environment rating, the £21m office building consisted of 87,727 ft² over four storey’s, providing up to 650 workstations, 18 formal meeting rooms, a number of informal meeting rooms, a dining area to cater for up to 320 staff members at one time, 332 car-parking spaces within two underground car parking levels.
From the frontal road-side elevation, the new building has been designed to have an appearance of a traditional mill building at the front, using Yorkshire stone and a pitched tiled roof, while the rear façade has a more contemporary design with extensive curtain walling and rain screen cladding panels.
