Building on our growing track record of providing O&M Manual services across Scotland, Riddell PM was delighted to be appointed to support Morrison Construction on the £47.2m Wallyford Learning Campus project for East Lothian Council.
The Wallyford Learning Campus is a state-of-the-art educational facility designed to serve the expanding community in Wallyford, East Lothian. The campus accommodates up to 1,200 students and features modern teaching spaces, cutting-edge sports facilities, and community areas, aiming to become a central hub for both education and local activities.
Following our ISO 9001 O&M Manual procedures, Riddell PM managed the retrieval and gathering of all data from subcontractors, package contractors, and consultants necessary for the planning, production, and delivery of the following documentation:
Funding for Wallyford was provided by the Learning Estate Investment Program (LEIP), which is a joint programme between the Scottish Government and the Convention of Scottish Local Authorities (COLA). LEIP Funded projects prioritises established best practices by inviting expert input in setting parameters and having measurable outcomes. Riddell PM were delighted to contribute to these best practices in a meaningful way, with utilising our Pyramid Digital Building Manual product, with Uniclass Codes incorporation.
