For this major office building in the heart of Edinburgh city centre, Riddell PM provided the end of Project technical documents on behalf of Principal Contractor, ISG Construction and the End Client, Chris Stewart Group

Our work on this Project included full management and production of the following -

• Building Fabric O&M Manual
• Building User Guide

The 60,000 square foot building, known as The Mint Building is on St Andrew Square providing Grade A office space across seven levels, with the upper floors offering panoramic views of the city with fantastic views of Edinburgh Castle and Arthurs Seat.

The ground floor comprises three retail units, two of which have already been let with contemporary Chinese restaurant Tattu opening its fourth UK restaurant in the building, alongside pizzeria brand Franco Manca
