This new-build £21m hospital in Alexandria brings together a number of NHS Greater Glasgow & Clyde local services under one facility. Providing three local GP surgeries, two dental surgeries and consultation rooms for child care and mental health are provided.

For this NHS Frameworks Scotland Project, Riddell PM provided a complete suite of end of Project technical documents on behalf of the Principal Contractor, Laing O’Rourke and their Building Services Subcontractor Crown House Technologies.

• Pyramid Digital Building Manual®Vale Hospital’s two storey steel-framed building consists of a main atrium and 6 wings housing the various practices. Careful consideration was given during design that the site is on an existing flood plain.
